Job Description

Are you excited by the opportunity to build high-impact channel programs, drive partner engagement, and help accelerate revenue through dealers and OEM channels? Fiery is looking for a strategic, hands-on channel marketing leader to join our North America team and own key initiatives across promotions, partner programs, dealer communications, and demo room operations.

 

Channel Marketing Manager

 

This is a highly visible role responsible for shaping and executing Fiery’s channel marketing strategy across the Americas, with support for select global initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution and brings experience building partner programs, leading channel promotions, managing dealer and OEM communications, and driving cross-functional marketing initiatives that contribute to pipeline, partner engagement, and revenue growth.



Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead the development, coordination and execution of a channel marketing plan.
  • Develop clear channel positioning, messaging and communication strategies to market to and through channel partners. Develop and/or deploy effective channel selling tools including collateral, web site resources, and training materials.
  • Create and implement profitability, awareness, enablement, loyalty or other marketing programs to increase channel mindshare and effectively drive channel behavior to achieve company objectives.
    • Track and measure partner success. Identify focus areas for improvement or growth.
    • Manage program compliance and annual partner program renewal processes.
  • Develop, rollout, and manage sales promotions and other sell-through strategies designed to drive higher revenues and margins through the sales channel.
    • Forecast and then measure financial ROI.   
    • Interface with Finance and Sales Operations to ensure all accounting rules are followed.
    • Validate and process rebate claim forms from channel partners.
  • Manage and optimize the Fiery demo room program, including license allocation, usage tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to improve program effectiveness and support revenue opportunities.
  • Investigate marketing relationships with industry third parties and drive alliance marketing programs.
  • Lead channel promotions strategy and execution for North America and LATAM, including planning, approvals, launch coordination, reward fulfillment, performance tracking, and biannual reporting to management.
  • Work with Marcom, Sales and Product Marketing teams to develop advertising, direct and indirect marketing, PR, promotions and sales support materials, websites, event support and other tools for channel partners.  
  • Plan and execute outbound communications to dealers and OEM partner channels, including email campaigns and related content that keep partners informed, engaged, and equipped to sell Fiery solutions.
  • Maintain and improve accuracy of salesforce.com data on channel organizations and contacts.
  • Own key partner programs and the Fiery Partner Portal experience, including partner-facing documentation, dashboard and banner updates, quick links, and program communications that reinforce partner value and engagement.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business or communications required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, field marketing, or a related B2B marketing role in a high-tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of multi-tier channel ecosystems, including dealers, OEMs, distributors, and reseller programs.
  • Digital printing industry knowledge or prior marketing experience with Fiery’s portfolio of products is a plus.
  • Proven experience developing and executing channel strategies, partner programs, promotions, and enablement initiatives that influence partner behavior and deliver measurable business results.
  • Ability to independently develop partner-facing content, outbound communications, and go-to-market materials, with a track record of using metrics to evaluate performance and improve results.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marcom, Product Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, and regional teams.
  • Highly motivated individual with high energy and enthusiasm; proactive and creative, detail oriented and efficient.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with little direction in a fast paced and dynamic working environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating effective partner-facing messaging for dealers, OEMs, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking program performance, measuring ROI, identifying trends, and making data-informed recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of marketing operations, financial processes, and accounting requirements related to channel expenses, rebates, incentives, and program compliance.
  • Experience managing CRM or partner data systems such as Salesforce, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate channel account and contact data.
  • Some travel required (up to 20%).

Compensation

The salary range for this position is CAD $90K – $110K. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and geographic location.
