Job Description
Technical Sales Specialist: We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) to support pre-sales activities for the OEM and Reseller Channel. The TSS will work closely with Sales Development Managers to support revenue objectives for the assigned territory.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree
Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to Sales teams and OEM or Reseller partners during pre-sales activities.

Learn current and future Fiery products and technologies and understand competing solutions.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, technical training, and customer education.

Support seminars, trade shows, exhibitions, and other channel activities.

Provide technical troubleshooting and assist Sales teams with closing business opportunities.

Prepare technical notes, product updates, and information related to application issues and new developments.

Train OEM and Reseller partners on printing environments, Fiery features, applications and benefits.

Build and maintain professional relationships with channel partners.

Report activities, technical issues, and customer feedback to management.

Work with Fiery Technical Support and Engineering teams to log and resolve product issues.

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Job Requirements:

Strong knowledge of the inkjet printing market and industrial inkjet printing.

Experience with POD, packaging, label printing, and digital printing workflows.

Knowledge of networking and network security, including TCP/IP and LPR.

Knowledge of Windows, Mac OS and associated networking environments.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and PDF workflows.

Understanding of production workflows including Fiery, offset, prepress, short-run color and Variable Data Printing.

Knowledge of Web-to-Print solutions such as Fiery Digital Storefront and RSA Web CRD.

Knowledge of color theory, ICC technology and color management.

Knowledge of Fiery tools including Command WorkStation, ColorWise Pro Tools, Spot-On and Calibrator.

Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create and customize PowerPoint presentations and deliver technical demonstrations.

Familiarity with C, C++, JavaScript, or Python is preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Fluent English is mandatory. Regional language knowledge is preferred.
