Standort deiner praktischen Ausbildung wird die deutsche Niederlassung in Ratingen (bei Düsseldorf) sein. Neben Kollegen aus den Bereichen Softwareentwicklung, Qualitätssicherung, Forschung, Produktmanagement und Vertrieb findet sich hier auch Fiery‘s größtes europäisches Drucklabor.

Location of your practical training will be our German offices in Ratingen (near Düsseldorf). Aside from colleagues from the Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, Research, Product Management and Sales departments, you will also find here Fiery’s largest European printing lab.

By completing your dual study degree in Computer Science with Software Engineering as focus and Fiery as your practice partner, you will combine practical work with well-founded studies. Already immediately following your introduction to work with modern technologies, you will be included in the development of innovative software solutions and have the chance to actively shape them.

 

 

Deine Aufgaben im Detail

  • Softwareentwicklung: Design, Implementierung und Testing von Anwendungen
  • Moderne Technologien: Arbeiten mit Programmiersprachen wie Python, C++ oder JavaScript
  • Datenbanken & Backend: Entwicklung und Optimierung von Datenbanklösungen (SQL, NoSQL)
  • Frontend-Entwicklung: Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Web- und mobilen Anwendungen
  • Softwarearchitektur: Mitarbeit an der Konzeption skalierbarer und sicherer Systeme
  • Agiles Arbeiten: Anwendung von Scrum/Kanban und Versionskontrolle mit Git

  • Software Development: Design, implementation and testing of applications
  • Modern technologies: Working with programming languages such as Python, C++ or JavaScript
  • Databases & Backends: Development and optimisation of database solutions (SQL & NoSQL)
  • Frontend Development / UX Design: Design and implementation of web and mobile applications
  • Software architecture: Support for the conception of scalable and secure systems
  • Agile Software Development / working methods: Utilisation of Scrum / Kanban and version control with Git

What you should bring with you

  • University entrance qualification with good grades, especially in Mathematics and Computer Science
  • Passion for IT, programming and digital technologies

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and spoken German skills, English skills are a plus
  • Ability to work in a team and own initiative
