Job Requirements: We are currently looking forward to hiring a Customer Service Representative. The is a work-from-office role based out of FIERY’s EMEA office in Ratingen (Germany).

 

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience as Customer Service Representative.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

 

  • Office Management support
  • Vendor management in SAP, including creation of Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders and posting of invoices in SAP
  • Warehouse & logistics management (preparation of orders, including customs registrations, and acceptance of deliveries)
  • Travel management support

 

Skills: (Technical & Behavioural)

 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Previous work experience managing global deliveries and customs processes
  • Practical experience supporting payments teams
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Clear and polite communication style
  • Well-versed with MS Office
  • Experience with accounting systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA Cloud
  • Behavioural Skills: Should have strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, accountability and learnability
