Role and responsibilities:

As a QA Engineer: The QA Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and improving quality assurance activities across the product lifecycle. The role involves manual and automated testing of products across multiple platforms, close collaboration with development teams, and continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Responsible for planning and executing functional, system, regression, and performance testing across all stages of the product lifecycle. The role involves creating and maintaining test artifacts, setting up test environments, and collaborating closely with development and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to process improvements, support and expand test automation initiatives, and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. 

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification: BE, MSC, MCA

Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in software testing

Skills: 

• 2-5 yrs experience in software testing domain
• Python Automation skills is must.
• Knowledge on C, C++
• Experience in manual testing
• Good knowledge in testing process and hands on experience in Defect Life cycle, STLC, SDLC, Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis.
• Knowledge on Rest API [added advantage]
• Experience/Exposure in Hybrid/Data Driven automation framework
• Good Communication Skill in both Written and Oral Communication.
• Participated in daily SCRUM meetings and gave the daily status of testing and should have worked in Agile framework
• Should have experience in preparing Test case, Documents, Test Result Report and executing Test cases based on the requirements
• Assist developers in reproducing problems and getting them resolved; participate in discussion with development team on technical aspects relating to testing, including functional specifications, design parameters, feature enhancements, and alternative solutions

Desirable but not mandatory:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced Agile environments
• Strong critical thinking and creativity in designing effective test cases
• Demonstrated patience and persistence in performing thorough testing
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies
• Printing domain experience is an added advantage (not mandatory)
