Role and responsibilities:
As a Principal Software Engineer: You will be part of technical team working on building and maintaining make ready software solution (composition, imposition of pdf layers and contents) by applying complex mathematical algorithms. If you are passionate about image rendering, pdf objects processing, complex page layout creation to reduce wastage, real time data rendering, complex mathematical algorithms for creating make ready solutions by using start of the art technologies (Cloud and AI), this is an opportunity for you.
Job Requirements:
Education Qualification: BE / M.S / MCA from a reputed institute
Experience: 7-10 Years of experience in Software Development
Skills: (Technical & Behavioural)
- Design and develop Make Ready Software Solutions
- Solid hands-on programming experience in C/C++ on Windows/Mac
- Experience in PDF objects processing, structure and rendering
- Experience in GUI
- Hands-on experience in Debugging tools (WinDbg, Visual studio Debugger, Wireshark etc.)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, independently, and within a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making.
- Understanding of various development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile
- Work collaboratively across team boundaries to achieve important corporate goals
- Interact with product management on need basis for requirement clarification
- Bring innovation to help our customers
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Behavioural Skills: Should have strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, accountability, strategic orientation, take initiative, learnability, strong decision-making capabilities
Desirable but not mandatory:
- Printing domain experience
- Exposure to imposition mark-ready solution
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Exposure to web technologies like Angular/Node.JS/Python
