Job Requirements: Education Qualification: BA , B Com or any Undergraduate Degree
Experience: 1-2 Year of experience
Skills: (Technical & Behavioural skills:
- Purchase to Process (P2P) hands on experience.
- Vendor management and Vendor On-boarding process.
- Sourcing, procurement and negotiation of IT Assets including hardware and software.
- Hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounting to payment, payment schedules, on-time payments
- In-depth knowledge on payment terms, mode of execution, contract renewals and pricing; telecom services and asset management.
- Purchase requisition and purchase order (PR/PO) management.
- Hands-on experience in JIRA, SAP/S4 HANA related technologies.
- Expert in MS office products like - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Experience of working with multiple departments including legal, business, technology, finance and operations.
- Stakeholder management and weekly status reports preparation.
- Must have knowledge on Credit Note, Debit Note, General Ledger, Cost Centre details.
- Good knowledge and experience on tools like DocuSign, Confluence.
- Behavioural Skills: Should have strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, accountability, strategic orientation, take initiative, learnability, strong decision-making capabilities
Desirable but not mandatory:
- Printing domain experience
- Exposure to imposition mark-ready solution
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Exposure to web technologies like Angular/Node.JS/Python
